At Natural Smiles Dentistry, we believe quality dental care should be affordable and accessible to everyone. We work hard to maximize your insurance benefits and offer flexible financing options so your family can get the care you deserve.

Financial Policy

Payment is expected at the time of service. We offer the following options for the payment of your dental treatment:

1. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
2. We offer 5% cash/check discount on day of service.
3. We offer 90 day same as cash with credit card on file.
4. We also offer flexible financing through CareCredit.

Dental Insurance

We accept all major dental insurance programs.

As a courtesy to our patients we will bill your dental insurance and try to monitor everyone’s coverage. Unfortunately with so many new regulations from the numerous insurance companies we deal with, this has become a monumental task. Therefore, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to know their insurance coverage and be prepared to pay their balance in full at the time of their visit.

Dr. Brickey is an in-network provider with the following insurance companies: Regence BlueCross/BlueShield, Regence Valuecare and Careington.

Remember, you and your insurance company have an agreement that does not involve our office. We base your treatment on what procedures are best for you, not what your insurance will cover. Unfortunately, insurance companies don’t base your benefits on what you need; they base it on what payout they can profitably provide based on how much your employer has paid them. At our office we have the capability to submit electronic claims for your treatment the same day of your appointment to speed up claim processing.

We want you to know that we always strive to provide you with the best possible value in dental treatment. This means we avoid patchwork treatment that would soon need to be redone. We use the finest possible materials, techniques, and technology to provide you with the greatest possible long term treatment, regardless of your insurance coverage.
